Free Estimates and Quoted Work

• We offer free estimates for qualifying projects.

• Larger scopes of work are quoted in advance, so you know the cost before work begins.

• Once approved, quoted pricing does not change unless the scope changes and is authorized in writing.

Service Call Pricing

• Standard service calls are billed with a 2-hour minimum.

• Emergency service calls are billed with a 4-hour minimum from time of dispatch.

• Any labor or materials beyond the initial minimum time are billed at applicable service or emergency rates.

No Hidden Charges

• All pricing is clearly communicated before work begins.

• Any additional work outside the original scope is discussed and approved prior to proceeding.

• Permit fees, utility fees, or third-party costs (if applicable) are disclosed separately.
